Do you want to return a product? No problem!

For all returns, please send us a short email at hello@ohmycream to let us know. Please specify : the number of your order, the returned product(s), the reason(s) for the return as well as a request for an exchange, a voucher or a refund. This will ensure that your request is processed correctly and that it is handled more quickly.

Any customer may request the exchange of his article within 14 days from the delivery date.

The product for which the Customer requests an exchange must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging.
