How can I proceed a return?Updated a month ago

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return a product. The product must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging.

Returns by post:

2. Include your product(s), intact, unopened and in their original packaging, along with the relevant order number and your request for an exchange or refund.

3. Return your parcel with the label sent by customer service to the address below :
